About
The Hanover Toastmasters was founded in 2007 by Stacey and Michael Shipman, formerly of the Quincy Toastmasters. Stacey and Michael had been active members in the Quincy club for 2 years when they determined there was a need for Toastmasters in the “middle” of the South Shore. There were no clubs between Quincy/Weymouth and Kingston allowing opportunity for growth and development.
The Hanover Toastmasters provides a safe, supportive and encouraging environment in which to practice your public speaking, communication and leadership skills for success in business and in life. Whether you’re brand new to speaking and looking to manage your fear or you’ve been speaking for a number of years, this club will help move you in a forward direction.
The club is diverse and includes men and women, entrepreneurs, coaches, bank professionals, Financial Advisors, Attorneys, HR professionals, Marketing, Health and Wellness and more. We all come for our own reasons and gain so much more through learning and networking with other members.
Join us at any time as a guest, there is never an obligation to join. If you decide the Hanover Toastmasters is the right club for you, we meet on the 1st and 3rd Monday of each month from 6pm to 7pm in Hanover, Massachusetts.
We look forward to seeing you at a meeting soon!
